[the character and the player aren’t always the same person]

*A stage is blank. Footsteps are heard progressively increasing in volume. A face comes into view with a blank backdrop. The face begins to sing, or more likely, perform poetry. The camera zooms back, revealing the main character and the player’s 3^rd person view. The M.C is sitting, drinking a dark and mysterious drink (soda).*

/Player takes control of character/

*The player is instructed use the character to visit the bathroom and pee. While this happens, the character/player hears the performance end. As the player washes their hands, their name is called by the MC.*

MC: Next up…

*The character vomits, moms spaghetti*

/Player unknowingly loses control of character/

*While still appearently in play, the character moves towards the open window and leaps out. The character begins to run*

/Player is knowingly given control again/

*Gameplay happens, the character/player runs. There seems to be a reason to run, but the player doesn’t know the reason. The character/player eventually finds a tree growing in an alleyway to hide behind.*

/Player knowingly loses control/

*The character lays down behind this tree. Their breathing is labored. Their eyes are closed or nearly closed. The camera reminds fixed on this character as false credits roll.*

/Player is knowingly given control/

*The player/character walks back, humming a song and mumbling words that are unhear-able. They jump back through the window and walk to the empty stage. A performance/gameplay happens.*
